Francesca Parviero is the first Italian LinkedIn EMEA Talent Solutions Partner and she works as a Digital HR Strategies consultant. She collaborates with companies to enhance HR processes to the digital path. Francesca has worked on the Italian translation of Reid Hoffman new book, The Alliance. She Factor, her project focused on Personal Branding and networking for Women, involved around 1.300 women. She has been also speaker at the first Italian TEDxWomen at Bocconi University.
